Vršac, one of the oldest towns in Vojvodina's province of Banat, is located at the southeastern rim of Panonian lowlands, at the foot of Vršac Mt. It is situated northeast of Belgrade on the 83rd kilometer of international road towards Romania, 14 km far of border. Vršac is well connected with other towns in this region.
The Jat Airways Flight Academy Complex is situated at the outskirts of Vršac. The concrete runway is located far enough from the major air routes, which makes the training totally undisturbed by air traffic. |
